Enrolment
To keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone, we like to get to know your dog before they join us. This helps us understand their needs and make sure they’re a good fit for our environment. The process includes an enrolment form and an in-person assessment. It gives us the chance to meet your pup, see how they interact with people and other dogs, and gather the right info to support them during their time with us.
Before getting started, please make sure your dog meets the following requirements:
At least 12 weeks of age
Up-to-date C5 vaccination
Desexed if over 6 months old
On a current worming, flea and tick prevention program
Once you’re ready, fill out the enrolment form, return to us and we’ll be in touch to arrange your dog’s assessment. If you’ve got any questions before then, we’re happy to help!

In-Person Assessment
​
We will take you on a tour of the centre and then you can leave your pup to get to know us. Your dog will be required to attend at least half a day at the centre. This will help us see how your dog will react to other dogs, new environments and how he plays/interacts.

Schedule in!
​
If all goes well during the in-person assessment, you can now schedule in for our services.
Please note - all dogs are required to attend on a regular 1 day per week minimum and set days where possible. We unfortunately DO NOT accept casual bookings.

After the pre-assessment, we will give you a call to either book you in for an in-person assessment or let you know if your pup may not be the right fit for our services.​​​​
